Warming Ginger Lemon Tea with Mint
Ingredients:
1 fresh lemon (sliced)
1-inch piece of fresh ginger (sliced)
5-6 fresh mint leaves
2 cups hot water
Honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:
Boil the water and add sliced ginger.
Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon slices and mint leaves.
Let it steep for a few minutes.
Strain into a mug and add honey if desired.
