GINGER GARLIC BRAISED BEEF WITH ONION GRAVY

Ingredients:
– Fresh ginger,
– fresh garlic,
– fresh onion,
– beef chuck roast,
– beef broth,
– soy sauce,
– thyme,
– salt,
– pepper,
– butter,
– flour.

Instructions:
Brown the beef in a hot pot, then remove. Sauté sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger in the same pot until soft. Add beef broth, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Return the beef to the pot, cover, and braise in the oven at 160°C (325°F) for 2-3 hours until tender. Remove beef and thicken the sauce with a butter-flour mixture for a rich gravy.
